The Pride Over Prejudice Festival

The Pride Over Prejudice (POP) Festival will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Decriminalisation of Homosexuality. The festival is being hosted by the LGBT Forum with activities taking place throughout February 2017. There will be a whole host of interactive, informative and fun events and there is guaranteed to be something for everyone! 
The events will be running across the borough. So if you live, work or play in Barnsley – or if you just fancy paying us a visit then please come along and help us to mark the occasion!

Events include; Family activities, community arts projects, a Rocky Horror sing-a-long, film screenings, book club, exhibitions, guided walks, ten-pin bowling, talks, and workshops.
