Our values and principles underpin what we do, why we do it and how we achieve our mission
We offer:
- a unique, confidential helpline/telephone service, where caller anonymity and complete confidentiality are assured
- advice and support to whoever needs us - those newly diagnosed or just struggling with life after diagnosis or members of family or friends who are affected
Our work is guided by a set of values and priorities:
- to enable people with HIV to live independently and exercise choice so that they may make full contributions to our economy, society and neighbourhoods
- to maximise healthy life expectancy and promote health, independence and well-being
- to provide innovative services to positively impact on our clients’ lives
- to be passionate about what we do and care about each individual
- to engender trust and provide services of the utmost quality, focusing on people living with HIV as customers and contributors to all that we do
Our vision is for people living with HIV to live independently and experience choice without facing stigma or discrimination
We can help you put the pieces back together
